TRANSFORMING CREATIVITY into a vessel for HEALING and TRUTH

In the digital landscape, where voices are everywhere, how do we bring forth our own unique medicine with authenticity and resonance?

Generations of societal conditioning, fear, and even inherited trauma have taught us to quiet our voices, leaving us feeling disconnected, unheard, and unfulfilled. Through compassionate research and a signature workshop, I’m exploring how we can rediscover our natural rhythm and flow, recognizing and releasing the habits that keep us from expressing the true frequency of our creative energy.

This work is for those who seek to create content that feels like an extension of their lifeforce, a message that doesn’t merely promote, but heals and connects.

( welcome here )

A PATHWAY to EXPRESS authentic, SOUL-DRIVEN work.

As well as the workshops and one-to-one work I offer through Wild Muse, I’m deeply involved in research to uncover how our creativity can speak from TRUTH - not TRAUMA - and how to let our LIFEFORCE - rather than our fears or coping strategies -  fuel the messages we want to bring to the world.

You can join this journey in three ways:

  • BE A PART of the research by becoming a case study

  • ATTEND a workshop to unlock your creative flow, connect deeply with your authentic voice, and learn to create with ease and joy.

  • SUBSCRIBE to Wild Muse on Substack where I write about cultivating creativity from the inside out, and healing through nature’s wisdom.

How WOUNDS shape CREATIVITY: a Journey into TRUTH and TRAUMA

Creativity and Healing
Creativity and healing often come from the same source: a desire to live fully and express truth. But for many, the act of creation can feel conflicted, impacted by past experiences and inner wounds that create blocks and resistance. The creative process therefore evolves into a journey that involves both creation, self-discovery and healing.

The Role of Nature
Nature is an unrestrained, creative force. A sunrise combines colors with ease, never doubting its beauty or hesitating to reveal itself. This harmony mirrors the potential we also hold for effortless self-expression, unimpeded by inner doubts or wounds.

Early Imprints
Our relationship to creativity often reflects our earliest experiences. Research shows that if our first ‘world’ felt harsh or uncertain, it can create a subconscious expectation of struggle. These early imprints can carry into adulthood, making creative expression feel more like an experience of internal conflict rather than joyful release.

Creativity Doesn’t Have to Hurt
The ‘SAFE CREATIVITY’ research seeks to guide creatives and holistic practitioners to a new understanding. By aligning ourselves with the rhythm and support of nature, we reconnect with a world that’s inherently nurturing and free of judgment. Nature’s openness invites us to let go of self-criticism, enabling us to express our creativity without restriction. We learn to create from a place of truth rather than trauma, allowing our lifeforce to flow naturally and freely.

RETURN to your WILD NATURE and let your creativity BLOOM

There are several key questions guiding my research such as ‘How can we let our lifeforce speak through our work?’ and ‘What happens when we stop creating from our wounds and begin creating from wholness?’

If you want to become part of this research journey then please use the link below for more information and to fill out a short questionnaire.

Simply completing this questionnaire makes you part of the research. However, if you feel called, you are also welcome to express your interest in becoming a case study.

A CREATIVE JOURNEY to authentic expression

Your creativity has roots – deep, unseen, and shaped by the stories you carry. These roots determine whether you create from your truth or remain entangled in your trauma.

The SAFE CREATIVITY workshops are designed to help writers and holistic practitioners reconnect with the foundations of their creative voice.

Understanding Your Creative Foundations
Every act of creation begins long before you pick up the pen or brush. Through an exploration of implicit memories and attachment styles, you’ll gain insight into the subconscious patterns that shape your creative expression. Learn to recognize when you’re reenacting old wounds and how to renegotiate them into opportunities for growth and freedom.

Healing Patterns, Finding Flow
Fear, judgment, and attachment insecurities can keep your creativity stuck in survival mode. These workshops will guide you through the tools and practices to move beyond these blocks – cultivating safety, self-trust, and the secure creative flow that comes from healing. This is about creating not just from your mind, but from a place of embodied clarity and wholeness.

Creating in Alignment with Your Truth
When you root your creative work in your unique voice, you foster authentic connection – with yourself and with others. This series will help you move beyond trends or external validation, allowing you to craft content and creative work that aligns with your essence. Rediscover your creativity as a natural, joyful extension of who you truly are.

We’re offering a discount code for participants to attend their first workshop for FREE when they subscribe to the Wild Muse Community on Substack.

SAFE CREATIVITY: Let your lifeforce speak

The Safe Creativity Series is a journey of self-discovery and creative transformation that explores the deep relationship between your inner world and your creative expression. Each workshop is thoughtfully designed to help you heal, grow, and create with authenticity and freedom. Through a blend of reflective practices, healing techniques, and actionable tools, the series addresses the emotional and psychological layers that shape how you bring your creativity into the world.

  • Discover how fear of judgment, rooted in trauma, limits your ability to create authentically.

  • Recognise patterns of people pleasing or witholding vulnerability and shift towards authentic expression.

  • Explore how silencing patterns from the past might still impact your expression and learn how to overcome them.

  • Visualize how your creativity can make a meaningful impact on the world.

  • Reflect on how your creativity is interconnected with the collective experience.
